How my journey began
Life is unpredictable, challenging, and difficult, yet full of beauty, potential, and opportunity.
I was once distracted by the obstacles in my life, clouded by disappointment, sadness, and even loss. I realized life is too complex to navigate by myself. I knew I had the answers, but I didn’t understand how to find them or what to do with them if I had them right in front of me. It wasn’t fair to lean on my family and friends for all the support I needed. They needed the best me, too.
I sought help. With coaching, I sifted through the negative events clouding my mind, the old thought patterns that were no longer serving me and learned how to retrain my brain to see the beauty and opportunity right in front of me. I created a strategic, goal-oriented plan. Through coaching, I uncovered my true potential and continue to actively pursue my passion for life and and purpose.
